Andrew Ward, our chef for these special events, has spent several years working in Michelin starred kitchens. Prior to becoming a chef for Waitrose, he helped Marcus Wareing launch Tredwell's, developing a number of signature dishes for the menu. He's also served as Executive Sous Chef at the Michelin starred Chez Bruce.
Andrew is looking forward to creating this exclusive three course meal for you at your new Waitrose in Haywards Heath.

Brown shrimp cocktail with wheaten bread
Edible garden - carrot crudité, mustard seed pickled radishes, carrot yoghurt, watercress with sourdough croutons
Roast chicken, ballotine of leg with braised gem, peas and asparagus with Madeira sauce
Salmon with brown butter, tender stem broccoli, Jersey royals, lemon and cauliflower purée
Roast and shaved cauliflower with maple seed granola and lettuce purée
Chocolate pavé with salt caramel popcorn and buttermilk ice cream
