Day two

Add two handfuls of raspberries to natural yogurt when you want a light breakfast.

Divide purple grapes into snack-sized portions, wash and store in sandwich bags in the fridge for a grab-and-go treat.

Spread half a mashed avocado onto a crusty roll instead of butter or mayonnaise when making a chicken, salmon or tuna sandwich.

Grate carrots into mince when you are making cottage pie – a great way of adding extra vitamins and roughage to an everyday supper.

For a banana split add ice cream, nuts, cream and grated chocolate to a halved banana.
