Brioche

Brioche

Brioche is a traditional light, sweet French bread that is made with a yeast mixture.

Uses: Slice and serve with butter and jam for breakfast or toast and top with chocolate spread or your favourite marmalade. Brioche that is a couple of days old can be used to make a tasty bread and butter pudding.

To store: Keep in a cool, dry place and use within 2 days.
