This is a ready-blended mix of spices including chillies, cardamom, cumin and coriander. Cajun seasoning adds a rich spicy New Orleans-style taste to a variety of foods.
Uses: Sprinkle ½ to 1 tsp of the seasoning over chicken or fish a few minutes before the end of cooking time to allow the flavours to develop. Stir 1 tsp Cajun seasoning into a small bowl of natural yogurt to make a quick dip for potato skins, crudité or crisps.
