Crackers

Cream crackers

Thin square savoury biscuits that are a pale golden colour.

Uses: Cream crackers are most commonly served with cheese and are often served as the biscuits in 'cheese and biscuits'. They can also be spread with butter and topped with a variety of savoury ingredients such as ham, cream cheese or smoked fish.

To store: Keep in a cool, dry place and once opened store in an airtight container for up to 1 week. The crackers will rapidly lose their crispness if exposed to the air.
