Ginger beer

This is a non-alcoholic ginger flavoured sparkling drink. Waitrose traditional-style ginger beer has a cloudy appearance and a refreshing, tangy taste and is best served chilled.

Uses: Ginger beer can be served on its own or combine with fresh fruit juice such as orange or fresh fruit purée such as strawberry or peach and pour over crushed ice and top with fresh mint leaves to make a non-alcoholic summer cocktail. Ginger beer can also be used as a mixer for whisky or with vodka to make the cocktail Moscow Mule. Ginger beer is best served chilled from the fridge.

To store: Keep in a cool, dark place unopened for up to 6 months. Once opened replace the cap tightly to maintain the fizz and consume within 3 days.
