Ketjap medja
This is a sweet dark Indonesian soy sauce, often simply known as 'Ketjap'. It is sweeter, darker and richer than Chinese soy sauce.
Uses: Ketjap medja can be used as the basis for a dipping sauce for spring rolls, wontons, fried meat, chicken or fish or added to stir fries, noodle dishes or marinades.
To store: Keep in a cool, dark place and use by the best before date.
