Rye crackers

Also known as rye crispbreads these are rectangular savoury crackers with a textured surface. Three different varieties are available: dark rye crispbread which contains only wholemeal rye and salt, multi-grain rye crispbread which are topped with a blend of toasted grains, seeds and kernels and sesame rye crispbread which have a coating of lightly toasted sesame seeds.

Uses: Rye crispbreads are a popular alternative to bread or biscuits for cheese - top with ham, cheese, salad, chicken or any combination of savoury ingredients. They are a popular choice with dieters due to their low calorie content per slice.

To store: Keep in a cool dark place unopened, once opened store in an airtight container and use within 2 weeks.
