Stollen

Stollen

A rich, fruity yeast bread with a marzipan filling, dusted with icing sugar. Stollen is originally from Germany and is traditionally served at Christmas.

Uses: Serve stollen as an alternative to English Christmas cake or mince pies. It is delicious served for afternoon tea, or with cream or custard as a pudding.

To store: Keep in a cool dark place and consume by the use by date. Once opened store in an airtight container and eat within 1 week.
