Thai basil and coconut sauce

A classic chilled sauce made with fresh basil, creamed coconut and coriander.

Uses: Add to stir fried vegetables, meat, fish or poultry just before the end of cooking time to add an authentic Thai flavour.

To store: Keep in the fridge and use by the best before date. Eastern Inspirations Thai Basil and Coconut Sauce is suitable for home freezing: freeze on the day of purchase. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge and use within 24 hours.

To use: Add to cooked ingredients and continue to cook over a medium heat. Stir constantly until the sauce fully coats the ingredients and is bubbling evenly or until the entire dish is piping hot. Serve immediately and do not re-heat once cooked.
