Tuiles

Tuiles

These are very thin almond biscuits, originally from France but now popular all over the world. They are light golden rounds and are often topped with a few flaked almonds.

Uses: Tuiles are traditionally served as an accompaniment to cold, light desserts such as ice cream, sorbet, mousse or soufflé.

To store: Keep in a cool, dry place unopened. Once opened store in an airtight container and eat within 1 week.
