Antipasto platter

Ingredients

150g Waitrose Italian Salami, from the counter
120g Waitrose Italian Antipasto Platter
235g jar Waitrose Caperberries, drained
½ x 465g jar Peppadew Roasted Red Peppers, drained and sliced
175g pack Waitrose Chargrilled Artichokes
139g tub Waitrose Italian Olive Selection
125g buffalo mozzarella, drained and torn in half

TO SERVE
Extra virgin olive oil
Small bunch fresh basil, leaves picked
Focaccia, warmed and sliced
Balsamic vinegar
 

Method

1. Arrange the meats, caperberries and peppers on a serving board. Decant the artichokes, olives and mozzarella into bowls. Drizzle the mozzarella with olive oil and garnish with fresh basil. Serve with warm focaccia, olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dipping.
