Apple & yogurt farro

Ingredients

50g Waitrose Love Life Quick Cook Farro Dicocco
300ml apple juice
1 red apple, grated
2 tbsp 0% fat natural yogurt
50ml skimmed milk
 

Method

1. Place the farro and apple juice in a small saucepan, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until the grains are tender and liquid has been absorbed.

2. Stir in the grated apple and yogurt, spoon into a bowl and serve with the milk poured over.
