Cajun tuna with pea & bean mash

240g pack 2 Waitrose 1 Yellowfin Tuna Steaks
1 tsp olive oil, plus extra to drizzle
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
100g frozen peas
400g can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
115g pack baby spinach
1. Brush the tuna in the olive oil and toss in the Cajun seasoning. Griddle for 2 minutes each side or to taste.
2. Meanwhile, cook the peas and beans in boiling water for 4 minutes, drain and coarsely mash
then season.
3. Microwave the spinach in a large bowl for 1 minute or until just wilted. Serve the tuna on a bed of mash with the spinach and olive oil to drizzle.
