    Ingredients

    2 slices wholegrain bread
    2 tbsp Meridian Crunchy Cashew Butter
    1 small ripe banana, sliced 

    Method

    1. Serve the toasted bread topped with the cashew butter and slices of banana. You could also try almond butter as an alternative.
