Champagne Cocktail


  • 1 white sugar cube
  • Dash Angostura bitters
  • 20ml brandy
  • Dash Grand Marnier
  • Bottle of Champagne
  • Twist of orange peel


  1. Place the sugar cube in bottom of a chilled champagne flute and add a dash of Angostura bitters. Pour in the brandy and dash of Grand Marnier and top with champagne.
  2. Garnish with the orange peel.
