Cheesy bacon baguettes

4 rashers essential Waitrose Unsmoked British Back Bacon
50g essential Waitrose Cheddar Cheese, grated
125g essential Waitrose Cheese Sauce
1 tsp essential Waitrose Dijon Mustard
4 essential Waitrose Salad Onions, sliced
½ essential Waitrose Baguette


1. Crisp up the bacon under a preheated grill for 5-6 minutes until crispy.

2. Mix together the cheese, cheese sauce, mustard and salad onions.

3. Cut the baguette into 2 and halve each lengthways. Place a piece of bacon on top of each baguette and spoon over the cheese mixture. Place under the grill for 3 minutes or until golden and melted. Serve with green salad.
