Chia seed & raspberry smoothie

Ingredients

2 tbsp chia seeds

400ml Alpro Almond Unsweetened, from
the chiller

160g pack essential Waitrose Raspberries

1 tbsp clear honey

Method

Soak the chia seeds in the Alpro Almond for 15 minutes, then add to
a liquidiser with the raspberries and honey, and blitz until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses, serve and drink immediately.
