Chicken casserole

This recipe has become one of my families firm favorites, I make this Chicken casserole when time is short or I have lots of people to feed. Enjoy! This is so easy you can do it blind folded

  • 1 2.5kg Fresh chicken cut into quarters

    3 or 4 large Carrots pealed and sliced

    1 can of condensed chicken soup

    1 Glass milk

    1/2 Glass water

    Salt & Pepper to taste


  1. Place chicken pieces into a casserole dish add salt & Pepper add your chopped carrots and the whole can of soup using the can as a measure fill up with one can of semi skimmed/whole milk & half a can of water. Mix the chicken with the soup, then put the lid on and bake in a pre-heated oven. Gas 180 for 1 and half hours or till chicken is almost falling of the bones Serve with either Fettuccine pasta ribbons/Rice and/or simply with vegetables
