Christmas CutOut Cake

So simple – and so effective. Why not get the children to help you make the icing sugar shapes?

Ingredients

1 450g pack White Ready-To-Roll Regalice Icing
About 20 silver ball cake decorations

Method

  1. Roll out the icing to a 5mm thickness. Using cutters, cut out a variety of shapes. Decorate with silver balls and allow to harden and dry. Place on top of the cake in stacks. Dust with icing sugar and tie with ribbon.
