Coriander Prawns with Tikka Marinade

Ingredients

  • Waitrose Low Fat Natural Yogurt
  • 1 heaped tablespoon tikka or korma paste
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh coriander
  • Raw Madagascan tiger prawns

Method

  1. Mix together some Waitrose Natural Low Fat Yogurt and 1 heaped tablespoon concentrated tikka or korma paste. Add 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh coriander and pour over raw Madagascan tiger prawns in their shells.
  2. Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour in the fridge, then cook on a hot griddle until pink and thoroughly cooked.
