Creamy-topped salmon with beans

2 frozen essential Waitrose Scottish Salmon Fillets
170g essential Waitrose Soft Cheese & Smoked Salmon Deli Filler or essential Waitrose soft cheese
250g frozen essential Waitrose Whole Green Beans
25g toasted flaked almonds
Juice of ½ essential Waitrose Lemon
1 tbsp chopped fresh chives


1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. Place the frozen salmon on a small baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.

2. Remove from the oven and spread over the soft cheese, bake for a further 10 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, cook the beans in boiling water for 5-6 minutes, drain and toss in the almonds and lemon juice, season.

4. Place the salmon on top of the beans, sprinkle with chives and serve with new potatoes.
