380g pack frozen breaded essential Waitrose British Chicken Breast Steaks
1 ripe essential Waitrose avocado
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
320g pack of 8 Discovery Plain Flour Tortillas, warmed
200g tub essential Waitrose Fresh Tomato Salsa
essential Waitrose Iceburg Lettuce
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. Cook the chicken breast steaks for 25-30 minutes according to the pack.
2. Roughly mash the avocado with the sweet chilli sauce and spread down the middle of the tortillas.
3. Sprinkle over ¼ of shredded lettuce. Slice the chicken into 1cm strips and place on top. Spoon over a the salsa, roll up and serve.
