1 cucumber portion
2 thin slices of lemon or lime (or 1 of each)
200ml Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water
1. Pour the gin into a tall glass. Using a swivel-style peeler, pare 3 thin strips of cucumber from the portion and place in the glass with the citrus slices.
2. Fill the glass with ice cubes, top up with tonic water, stir and serve.
