Date, oat & seed treats

Ingredients

270g pack soft dates, roughly chopped
25g rolled oats
25g pistachios
25g mixed seeds
50g chopped almonds 

Method

1. Place the dates, oats and pistachios in a food processor and blitz to give a paste. Add the seeds and pulse to mix.

2. Divide the paste into 16 and (with damp hands) form into balls. Roll in the chopped almonds, pressing the nuts into the date balls, and serve.
