- 20 Mint leaves
- ¼ Papaya, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 10 Frozen raspberries
- 100ml Bourbon
- 2 tbsp Clear honey
Exotic Mint Julep
- Muddle the mint, papaya and raspberries in a Pyrex jug or cocktail shaker; use the end of a rolling pin to crush the fruit roughly. Transfer to a highball glass filled with ice.
- In the same jug, whisk together the bourbon and honey until dissolved. Add it to the fruit mixture and stir.
