Exotic Mint Julep


  • 20 Mint leaves
  • ¼ Papaya, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 10 Frozen raspberries
  • 100ml Bourbon
  • 2 tbsp Clear honey


  1. Muddle the mint, papaya and raspberries in a Pyrex jug or cocktail shaker; use the end of a rolling pin to crush the fruit roughly. Transfer to a highball glass filled with ice.
  2. In the same jug, whisk together the bourbon and honey until dissolved. Add it to the fruit mixture and stir.
