Green coconut juice

Ingredients

1 white grapefruit
25g kale, washed and tough stalks removed
1 green apple, such as Granny Smith, cored
1 Waitrose 1 Perfectly Ripe Kiwi, peeled
100ml coconut water, chilled

Method

1.  Using a serrated knife, cut the top and bottom from the grapefruit. Then, cutting from top to bottom, remove the skin and pith. Hold the fruit over a blender to catch any juice and cut between the membranes to release the segments. 

2.  Add the remaining ingredients. If your blender is suitable for crushing ice then add a few cubes, too. Blend then pour into a tall glass and drink immediately.
