Haddock fish cakes, tartare sauce and oriental leaves

Ingredients

4 frozen Waitrose Smoked Haddock Fish Cakes (2 x 230g packs)

4 tbsp Waitrose Lemon Mayonnaise

2 tbsp rinsed, drained and chopped Cooks’ Ingredients’ Nonpareille Capers

Waitrose Ready Prepared Spinach with Oriental Leaves

Lemon wedges (to serve)

Method

  1. Preheat the grill. Place 4 frozen Waitrose Smoked Haddock Fish Cakes (2 x 230g packs) on a grillpan under a medium heat for 20 minutes. Cook until golden brown, turning halfway through.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the tartare sauce by mixing together 4 tbsp Waitrose Lemon Mayonnaise with 2 tbsp rinsed, drained and chopped Cooks’ Ingredients’ Nonpareille Capers.
  3. Serve the fish cakes with tartare sauce and Waitrose Ready Prepared Spinach with Oriental Leaves, stir-fried according to pack instructions. Serve with lemon wedges.
