    Ham and cheese muffin pizzas

    Pack of essential Waitrose 4 White Muffins, halved
    250g (from a 340g jar) essential Waitrose Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
    100g pack essential Waitrose British Honey Roast Ham, halved and sliced into strips
    125g pack essential Waitrose Italian Light Mozzarella, torn
    Dried basil to garnish (optional)
    130g bag essential Waitrose Sweet Salad


    1. Preheat the oven to 220ºC, gas mark 7. Place the muffins, cut side up on a large baking tray. Spread over the sauce.

    2. Scatter with ham and then the mozzarella. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.

    3. Serve sprinkled with basil, if using, alongside the salad.
