Healthy Veggie Rice Dish
75g Brown Basmati Rice
100g creme fraiche
handfull of cabbage
half a red pepper (cut into chunks)
2 sliced carrots
- Get your rice cooking to packet instructions.
- Steam your veg for as long as you like it (7 mins suits me)
- Mix your veg and rice together in a big saucepan and add the creme fraiche. Cook on low heat for a minute just to heat up the creme fraiche.
- Total time: 25 mins
