Healthychefsteph's Overnight Breakfast Parfait

Ingredients

Ingredients:
75-100g Rolled Oats
50-100ml Milk
150-200g Yoghurt (I used Fage Greek yoghurt and a little coyo chocolate coconut)
100g Fresh Berries 

 

Method

So simple and so effective!

1. Mix the oats with the milk and stir well.

2. Choose a bowl or container and layer the oats, yoghurt and fruit. 

3. Leave in the fridge over night and enjoy cold in the morning!
