Heston's gin with grapefruit and ginger beer

"This drink is packed full of aromatics. The gin is already infused with the captivating flavours of lemon and Earl Grey. Adding in lime, rosemary, juniper, mint makes it even more stimulating. Pour into pre-chilled glasses with sharp grapefruit juice and zingy ginger beer and you’ve got a long drink that’s truly fresh and refreshing – an irresistible summer tipple. Don’t forget to run the grapefruit peel around the glass. The peel is where the fruit’s heady fragrance is concentrated." Heston
