Heston's Smoked salmon on chicory leaves
75g Heston from Waitrose Vanilla Mayonnaise
75ml soured cream
1 x 100g pack of Heston from Waitrose Lapsang Souchong Tea Smoked Salmon, diced
2 tsp dill, finely chopped
20 chicory leaves, approximately 2 heads of chicory, washed
Dill sprigs to garnish
- Mix the vanilla mayonnaise with the soured cream and add thediced salmon. Add the chopped dill and stir to combine.
- Place a teaspoonful of the mixture onto each chicory leaf and garnish with a little sprig of dill.
