Ice cream bites

Ingredients

Your favourite ice cream
Plain, white or milk chocolate, melted

Method

Using a teaspoon or melon baller, scoop out some mini balls of your favourite ice cream. Place on a baking tray lined with baking parchment and freeze for 2 hours. Melt some chocolate (plain, white or milk) in a heatproof bowl over a pan of barely simmering water. Using a fork, dip the balls of ice cream into the chocolate, then place back onto the baking sheet. Drizzle with more melted chocolate in a contrasting colour. Freeze again until firm before serving.
