A light, fresh and healthy tuna recipe. It's easy to make, which is vital for clumsy chefs like me.

1 portion of penne pasta,
2 tbsp olive oil,
1 lemon, juice and zest,
1 handful of rocket,
55g/2oz tuna steak,
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper,
1/2 tomato, chopped
1. Cook the pasta according to packet instructions.
2. Place the hot pasta in a serving bowl with the rocket, 1 tbsp of the olive oil, and the lemon.
3. Heat the other 1tbsp of oil in a frying pan. Season the tuna with salt and pepper on each side, and fry for two minutes per side.
4. Place the tuna on top of the pasta and sprinkle the chopped tomato on top.
