50ml Woodford Reserve Distillers Select Whisky
25ml The King’s Ginger Liqueur
10ml gingerbread syrup
25ml lemon juice
50ml clementine juice
FOR THE GINGERBREAD SYRUP
Combine 300g sugar, 2 tsp ground ginger, ½ tsp ground cinnamon with 500ml water in a pan. Boil, simmer for 15 minutes then leave to cool.
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled glass (pictured right).
