50ml Woodford Reserve Distillers Select Whisky
25ml The King’s Ginger Liqueur
10ml gingerbread syrup (see below)
25ml lemon juice 50ml clementine juice
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled glass.

TO MAKE GINGERBREAD SYRUP...
Combine 300g sugar, 2 tsp ground ginger and ½ tsp ground cinnamon with 500ml water in a pan. Bring to the boil; simmer for 15 minutes. Leave to cool.
