King prawn chow mein

Sunflower oil spray

150g essential Waitrose Raw King Prawns

300g Waitrose Mixed Pepper Stir Fry

½ x 160g Waitrose Chinese Style Stir Fry Sauce

300g Waitrose Fresh Free Range Egg Noodles

25g Love Life cashew nuts


1. Heat oil in wok and stir fry prawns and vegetables for 3 minutes until the prawns turn opaque.

2. Add the sauce and noodles and cook for further 2 – 3minutes until piping hot.

3. Stir through the cashew nuts then divide between bowls and serve.
