- 50ml gin
- 1 stem lemon grass, sliced
- 50ml syrup from a tin of rhubarb
Lemon Grass Martini
- Put the gin in a cocktail shaker.
- Add the lemon grass and crush with the gin. Add the rhubarb syrup and half-fill the shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Serve.
