    Lemon Grass Martini

    Serves: 1

    Ingredients

    • 50ml gin
    • 1 stem lemon grass, sliced
    • 50ml syrup from a tin of rhubarb

    Method

    1. Put the gin in a cocktail shaker.
    2. Add the lemon grass and crush with the gin. Add the rhubarb syrup and half-fill the shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Serve.
