Light Chicken and Noodle Stir Fry

A stir fry with a difference. Instead of using a heavy chinese sauce, you use a light salad dressing. You put this on after you have cooked the chicken, veg and noodles.

My recipe is:

  • Plenty of fruit or veg
  • Plenty of fruit or veg

Why should your recipe win?
Because it is low in fat, low in calories and a very healthy option. It also tastes great and you can try with different salad dressings.


  • Chicken Breast, Rice Noodles, Stiry Fry veg, Salad Vinegarette Dressing, Prawn Crackers.


  1. Cut up the breast into pieces and fry. Add the stiry fry veg. Keep stirring until cooked, add in the rice noodles. Stir until all is cooked. Put onto plate, pour Light salad dressing on and garnish with some Prawn Crackers.
  • Total time: 5 Mins prep + 15 Mins cooking
