This was my student recipe, it helps if you like Marmite.
2 chicken breasts, diced
mixed stir fry vegetables
rice or noodles
- Boil the rice or noodles according to the packet instructions
- Heat oil in a frying pan or wok and throw in chicken & vegetables and add a generous tablespoon of Marmite. Add the rice or noodles...
- There is no step three!
- Total time: on avearge 20min but possible in under 10.
