Ingredients

Waitrose Continental Plain Chocolate
Lyle’s Golden Syrup Baking
Waitrose 8 Belgian Chocolate Chunk & Hazelnut All Butter Cookies
Waitrose Mini Pink & White Marshmallows

Method

  1. In a bain-marie or microwave, gently melt together the plain chocolate, 60g golden syrup and 50g unsalted butter, stirring until smooth. Break the chocolate chunk & hazelnut cookies into pieces and fold into the mixture with the mini marshmallows.
  2. Tip into a 20cm x 20cm baking parchment-lined cake tin and leave to cool. Chill for about 2 hours, until set, then chop into large chunks to serve.
