Meatball and orzo soup

½ tbsp oil
5 essential Waitrose British Beef Meatballs
300ml Cooks’ Ingredients Beef Stock
25g essential Waitrose Orzo dried pasta
50g essential Waitrose Supersweet Sweetcorn
4 essential Waitrose Salad Onions, sliced
1. Heat the oil in a small saucepan and fry the meatballs for 4–5 minutes. Drain off any excess fat.
2. Add the stock, orzo and sweetcorn. Bring to the boil, then cover with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add the salad onions and cook for 2–3 minutes or until the pasta is tender and the meatballs are cooked through.
Typical values per serving:
30.4g protein, 2g fibre
