This quick and easy meal can be ready to eat in just 25 minutes.
235g bag Waitrose ready-washed spinach
3 Discovery flour tortillas
½ x 395g can essential Waitrose red kidney beans in chilli sauce
40g wafer thin ham
30g essential Waitrose extra mature grated cheddar
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4. Wilt the spinach in a microwave or pan, then squeeze out any excess juice.
2. On a baking sheet, layer the tortillas, spinach, beans, ham and cheese to create a stack.
3. Bake for 20 minutes until golden and piping hot. Cut into wedges and serve straight away with salad.
