- 2 slices fresh root ginger
- 4 star anise
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 orange
- 1 fresh lemon
- 2 bottles Fiery Ginger Beer
Mulled ginger beer
- Place two 2-litre bottles of Waitrose Fiery Ginger Beer in a large pan.
- Add a sliced orange and lemon, two cinnamon sticks and four star anise. Bring to a gentle simmer and serve warm with a thin slice of fresh root ginger added to each glass.
Grown-ups might enjoy a splash of dark rum or brandy in theirs too.
