‘New York’ burger bagels

1 tbsp oil
2 x essential Waitrose British Beefburgers
2 tbsp essential Waitrose Piccalilli
1 tbsp essential Waitrose Mayonnaise
2 essential Waitrose Bagels, halved and lightly toasted
2 slices essential Waitrose Mature Sliced Cheddar Cheese
1 pickled cucumber spear with dill, quartered


1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the burgers for 10-14 minutes, turning occasionally until completely cooked throughout.

2. Meanwhile, mix together the piccalilli and mayonnaise in a bowl and spread half over the bagel bases. Place the cooked burgers on top and add a cheese slice. Spoon over the remaining piccalilli.

3. Top with the pickled cucumber and then the other half of the bagels. Serve with French fries.
