One-pan roast

Ingredients

85g pack Paxo Sage And Onion Stuffing
800g pack essential Waitrose British Chicken Drumsticks
1 essential Waitrose Red Onion
1 essential Waitrose Red Pepper
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp dried sage
1kg pack frozen essential Waitrose Roast Potatoes

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. Make up an 85g pack Paxo Sage And Onion Stuffing mix according to instructions and roll into 8 balls.

Score the flesh of an 800g pack essential Waitrose British Chicken Drumsticks and place in a large roasting tin with 1 essential Waitrose Red Onion, cut into wedges, and 1 essential Waitrose Red Pepper, cut into thick strips.

Toss in 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp dried sage and some seasoning. Add the stuffing balls and ½ x 1kg pack frozen essential Waitrose Roast Potatoes. Roast for 35 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and there is no pink meat.
