In a wok gently fry cut spring onions Cut tuna steaks into strips and lightly sear Cut carrots into fine strips and add Add small brocoli florets Add noodles ( 1 nest per person) Stir all the ingredients so they are mixed then add soya sauce for flavouring Cook for approximately 4-5 minutes
