Pear and thyme punch

Serves: 8-10
1 litre Granini pear nectar
2 lemons, juice, plus extra slices to garnish
10g fresh thyme, plus extra sprigs to garnish
150ml Heston from Waitrose gin (or any other fragrant gin)
500ml dry white wine
pear slices, to garnish
1. Simmer the pear nectar, lemon juice and thyme in a medium pan on a low heat for 10 minutes. Leave to cool, then chill.
2. When ready to serve, strain into a large jug or punch bowl and add the gin and white wine along with plenty of ice. Garnish with pear and lemon slices and thyme sprigs
